1. How does licensing work?

When you purchase a track, you receive a Commercial License that grants perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free usage. There are no renewals or hidden fees.

2. Can we use the music in both internal training and external marketing?
Yes. The Commercial License covers both internal corporate training and external use such as social media, ads, promotional content, and presentations.

3. Will we get copyright claims on YouTube or other platforms?
No. Our tracks are license-clear and not registered with Content ID or similar systems. You will not receive copyright claims.

4. What files are included with each purchase?
Each order includes:

  • WAV (44.1kHz/16-bit)
  • MP3 (320kbps)
  • Alternate mixes (no drums, light percussion, when purchased/available)
  • A license certificate for your records

5. Do we need to give credit or attribution?
No. Attribution is not required, though you are welcome to credit “Music by ClearTones Instrumental Music.”

6. Can we resell or redistribute the music?
No. The license allows you to use the music in your company’s projects but does not allow reselling, redistributing, or claiming authorship of the tracks.

7. What if we need exclusive rights to a track?
Exclusive buyouts are available on request. Contact us to discuss pricing and terms.

8. Are refunds available?
Because music is delivered digitally, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues downloading your files, we will ensure you receive them.

9. Do you offer subscriptions or bundles?
At this time, licenses are sold per track. As our catalog grows, subscription or bundle options may be introduced.

10. How do we prove we have a license?
Your order receipt and the license certificate delivered with your purchase serve as proof of rights for compliance and audit purposes.
