2. Restrictions

• You may not claim authorship or ownership of the music.
• You may not register ClearTones music with Content ID systems (YouTube, Facebook Rights Manager, etc.).
• You may not use the music in unlawful, defamatory, or hateful projects.

3. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you encounter a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will ensure you receive the correct files.

4. Liability
ClearTones provides all music “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
